Free Express International Courier on all orders over $300.

For orders under $300 Express International Courier is $30.

Please allow 5 business days for orders within the United States.

RETURNS:

We now offer FREE returns on US orders.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt. The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed, dirty, stained, or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and hygienic protection sticker intact. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Colombian Consumer Law.

Step 1:  Email us with your Order Number.

Step 2: Send your item/s back to the below address, using your preferred shipping carrier.

Step 3: Once we get the package the refund or change will be done.

Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information

Please note, Makastia does not cover the cost of taxes and duties.

No refunds or exchanges on final sale items (items purchased in the sale section of our website). Final sale items can be returned for a credit note only. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are not considered “final sale” and can be returned as usual
